Valerie Capiral

Valerie came to real estate from fashion design, and she's the brains behind Coral's look: the branding, the listing brochures, the social posts and the design details that make our listings stand out in a crowded feed.

She's also the team's videographer and video editor. The listing films that stop people mid-scroll start with Valerie behind the camera and finish with her in the edit, cutting every shot to show a home at its best.

And she's the hustler. Whether she's helping someone buy, sell or lease, she takes the time to understand what each client really needs, then works harder than anyone to get it. A mom of two, Valerie lives and works in Toronto's west end and knows its streets, schools and hidden gems well.
