Join Coral

Coral isn't for everyone. That's the point.

Going solo means doing everything yourself: the listing presentation, the brochure, the photos, the social posts, the CMA, the follow-up, the paperwork, the marketing budget. Most good agents don't stall because they lack hustle. They stall because their attention is spread thin and their brand doesn't match how good they actually are.

That's where we come in. We give you the brand, the marketing and a team that has your back, so your clients and your sphere see you the way you see yourself.

The proof

Two agents, two very different starts.

Jenny Bui

Jenny Bui · Associate Partner

From spread thin to Regent Park's go-to agent.

Jenny has always been a hustler. When she joined us, her attention was spread thin and she didn't have the brand or support to grow. She was earning about $35K a year, and she told us her goal: own Regent Park and hit $100K the next year.

Within a year she was one of the top agents in the neighbourhood, and she's earned six figures every year since. The brand and the marketing gave her sphere the confidence to trust her with their biggest investment. Today Jenny is an Associate Partner at Coral Realty Group, and a powerhouse mom who makes it look easy.

She's also embraced social media like no one else on the team. Jenny is our resident influencer: building tours, market takes, behind-the-scenes and the occasional blooper, and she's always down to collab. Her content keeps her sphere hearing from her every week, which is exactly why they call her first.

Emily Kallay

Emily Kallay · Sales Representative

A new agent with a brand behind her from day one.

Emily joined us as a new agent who wanted what most new agents never get: instant credibility, a brand behind her and serious marketing.

Since then she's represented luxury listings, guided luxury buyers, and built a custom home herself, designing it top to bottom and managing the trades. Through all of it she's kept her commissions where they should be, because clients see the value before she says a word.

She leans on our marketing every chance she gets: the interactive CMAs, the listing proposals, the staging plans and the launch films. She uses them even with close friends and family. When it's someone close, she says, the bar should be higher, not lower. They should get the most professional version of her, because the relationship matters more than any one deal.

Listing brochures

The brochure people keep on the coffee table.

People always ask us about our listing brochures, and we get compliments on them at every open house. They aren't a one- or two-pager. They're usually 20+ pages, printed magazine quality, the kind of thing a buyer is happy to take home and leave out on the coffee table.

Farming

We know how to farm a neighbourhood.

Owning an area takes more than a few postcards. It takes showing up, again and again, with something people actually want to read. We've built the whole system, and we run it for you.

Market updates, done for you.

Every quarter we pull the sales for your neighbourhood, map it, write it and design it. Then we print it and mail it to every door in your farm, with your name and face on it. You don't touch a spreadsheet, a print shop or Canada Post.

The mailer is just one piece. Here's what goes into getting your name known in an area:

  • Choosing the right farm with you: turnover, price points and where you already have roots
  • A quarterly market update mailed to every home, updated, printed and sent for you
  • A neighbourhood guide on coralrealty.ca for your area, so you show up when people search it
  • Targeted social ads to the same homes, so they see you online between mailers
  • Listing launches that put your signs, brochures and films in front of your farm
  • The Review every month to your sphere, so the people who already know you keep hearing from you

Case study: Regent Park

How we became Regent Park's team.

Jenny used to live in Regent Park, so we made it our farm and showed up in every way we could think of. Within a year we were the top team by listings sold in the neighbourhood's biggest condo complex.

The money

All of that, for about what a solo agent pays a brokerage.

We joined Right at Home Realty for its low flat fees: $495 per sale or purchase and $250 per lease. Our team share is 15% on top of that, and it stops once you've paid us $15,000 in a year. Most teams take 50%, and then you still pay a brokerage split on your half.

You get all the marketing, branding, experience, brochures, CMAs, CRM and AI, and a team that feels like family, for about what you'd pay another brokerage on its own. The value is incredible. Here's a $100,000 year side by side:

Who we want

Because it's this good, we're picky.

If that's you, our brand, marketing and experience will lift you in front of your people the day you join. If it's not, we'll be honest about that too.

We're looking for agents who

  • Have a strong sphere and want to turn those relationships into a serious real estate business
  • Want to build a recognizable personal brand and are active, or willing to become active, on social media and video
  • Are ambitious about growing their business and want the systems, marketing and support to help them get there
  • Care about the client experience and want their marketing and presentation to reflect the quality of service they provide
  • Are collaborative, dependable and genuinely want to be part of a team that helps each other win
  • Want to contribute to the Coral brand, culture and reputation, not simply hang their licence somewhere
