Who owns the content

Everything on this site, including its design and layout, writing, listing descriptions, photography, video, floor plans, graphics, charts, market reports (including The Review) and the code behind it, is owned by Coral Realty Group or used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. All rights are reserved.

What you may do

You're welcome to browse the site, share links to our pages, and print or save a page for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you don't remove any copyright or ownership notices.

What you may not do without our written permission

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute any of our content, including our market reports, charts and listing photos and video.
• Reuse our design, layout or templates, or create work that imitates them.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the site.
• Use our content to train or build commercial products, or present it as your own.
• Frame the site, or link to it in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Short quotes from The Review with clear credit and a link back to the original page are fine. For anything else, ask us at team@coralrealty.ca.

Home search Terms of Use (Virtual Office Website)

Homes for sale and lease are open to everyone. Sold and leased prices, price history, past listings and other members-only details are provided through a Virtual Office Website (the "VOW") operated by Right at Home Realty, Brokerage (the "Member"), through its Coral Realty Group team, using data from PropTx's MLS® System. In these Terms of Use, "Consumer" means you, the person creating the account. To use the VOW you must open and read these Terms of Use and click Agree to accept them. You agree that:

1. The Consumer acknowledges entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Member.
2. All MLS® data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Consumer's personal, non-commercial use.
3. The Consumer has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW.
4. The Consumer will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except in connection with the Consumer's consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.
5. The Consumer acknowledges PropTx's ownership of, and the validity of PropTx's proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® database, MLS® data, PropTx's MLS® System, and Listing Information.
6. The Consumer will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to another individual or entity. The prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including "screen scraping" and "database scraping"), "data mining" or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data.
7. The Consumer expressly authorizes PropTx, and other PropTx Members or their duly authorized representatives, to access the VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of Members' Listings by the VOW.
8. These Terms of Use do not impose any financial obligation on the Consumer and do not create any representation agreement between the Consumer and the Member.
9. The Consumer is not a real estate salesperson, broker or other registrant with another brokerage, and is not acting for one or for a business that collects, appraises or resells property data.
10. The Consumer's access lasts 90 days from their last sign-in, after which the Consumer must sign in again (a new email code, Google or Apple) to confirm it.
11. The Member keeps a record of the Consumer's name, email address and sign-in details, and an audit trail of the Consumer's use of the VOW (sign-ins, searches, homes viewed and saved), for at least 180 days after the Consumer's access expires, and will give it to PropTx on request. Personal Information may be shared with PropTx for auditing and/or legal purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
12. The Member may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms of Use, or if PropTx asks it to.

Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx. The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose.

Coral Realty Group™, the Coral name and the Coral logo and seal are trademarks of Coral Realty Group and may not be used without written permission.

The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA. Market statistics in The Review and elsewhere on this site come from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Market Watch and other public sources, credited where used. Our analysis, writing and charts of that data are our own work.
