Regent Park real estate
Jenny Bui used to call Regent Park home. Since 2021 she and the Coral team have sold 17 condos here, mostly at 170 Sumach and 55 Regent Park Blvd, and thrown a few pumpkin parties in the park along the way.

Your Regent Park agent
Before Jenny was selling condos in Regent Park, she lived in one. She knows the neighbourhood the way residents do: the park on a summer evening, the line at Sumach Espresso, which buildings are close to the rink and which are close to the dog park.
She started her career in high-rise condo sales for a Toronto developer, so she also knows the buildings the way a developer does: floor plans, maintenance fees, exposures and which layouts hold their value. That combination is why most of our Regent Park sales have been Jenny's.

Giving back and getting personal
We didn't just sell in Regent Park; we showed up. Pumpkins in the park, local art at our listings, dog bags at the field and signs that hand out free market updates. Here's what we've done.
Every October
We started a free Halloween pumpkin painting day in Regent Park in October 2021: free pumpkins, paint and a good excuse for neighbours to meet. The next year it came back bigger, with Toronto artist Benny Bing as our special guest, on Saturday, October 29 at Regent Park, 620 Dundas St E, from 10am to 2pm. Kids reserved their pumpkin with a QR code on our flyers.
It's become a Coral tradition, and we've since taken pumpkin painting to Pickering too.

Supporting local
It started with bringing local art to our listings, thanks to the tremendous Benny Bing, a Toronto artist known for bold, colour-blocked portraits. We partnered with Benny on our Regent Park listings and events, and we keep that focus by working with local businesses whenever we can.

Dear Regent Park dog lovers: no more running out of bags. We put free dog-bag stations at the sports field and the gated dog park.
Our reusable listing signs cut down on waste and carry a free monthly Regent Park market update for anyone walking by.
This page is the Regent Park hub our posters and signs point to: every listing we've sold here, the neighbourhood guide and how to reach Jenny.
