Pawel Parafianowicz

Pawel studied economics at York University and has been helping Toronto buyers, sellers, landlords and investors since 2012. He started Coral with a simple idea: that a home deserves to be presented as carefully as it was lived in, and that the right presentation changes the result.

On the buying side, he's the agent who reads the status certificate, asks about the furnace and runs the numbers before you fall in love with a kitchen. He'd rather tell you to walk away from the wrong house than help you win it.

He's an investor himself, with multiplexes in Durham, student housing in North Bay and condos across Toronto, and he's currently converting a family home into a legal duplex. That hands-on experience with renovation, financing, tenants and value-add projects shapes the advice he gives every client, whether they're buying their first condo, leasing out their first unit or adding their fifth property.

Away from work, you'll find him at Sunday breakfast with his family, on a construction site, or out for vegan tacos with Halle, the team's Chief Happiness Officer.
